Leadership/ ASB
Welcome to Leadership!
Together we'll explore what it means to be an effective leader, the key principles that guide leadership, and how to develop your own leadership style. Leadership isn't just about being in charge—it's about inspiring others, making decisions that influence change, and understanding how to work with diverse teams. One of the most important parts of being a leader is understanding yourself—your strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations. We’ll take time for self-assessment and feedback from peers.

Each team is given a case, and students prepare their roles—whether that’s crafting compelling arguments as attorneys, delivering testimony as witnesses, or analyzing the case as jurors.
